Industrial Table

My friend, co-worker, neighbor, Nathan Veeneman, is a man of many talents. He is a facilities-master by day at Grand Valley State University and a florist/furniture designer by night. He is quite the renaissance man, if you ask me, and I am thankful for his friendship and talents.

Nathan just finished building a fabulous industrial table for the store. The top is sleek/modern with metal, matte-black legs. I literally lost my breath when I saw it for the first time… so beautiful! Obviously, these pictures do not do it justice since they were done in the middle of the night on my phone, but I really wanted to share it. The table will cost $795- yes, that is a STEAL for a hand-made, CUSTOM-DESIGNED table. You could pay $1100 for this, beautiful, but not customized piece from CB2, but that would cost you more money and wouldn’t support a local Grand Rapids artisan, right? Right.

Can’t wait to showcase this at the Grand Opening on December 6th!
